I just unboxed My MacBook Pro 16 and noticed that the battery cycle was 2 but in 10 minutes it has increased to 3 without plugging to charge. Production date 21.10.2019

Also have 3 light bleed points on the Upper line of screen

my bad luck still continues. Has any one experienced sth like this on 16 inches model

mine was at 2, battery cycle is normal due to testing prior to shipping. Can you post a pic of the light bleed?

That white spot is "native to the display"?
In that case, I'd take it back for an exchange.

I would definitely return it - I had the same issue with the top right corner and said, "NOPE!" OCD aside, when you are paying anywhere between 2500 - 3000 on the base model, light bleed like that should not be a thing.

I will upload mine in a few minutes so you can see the before and after.

I really do not know what to do this is 7th device from july and because new 16 models introduced, Apple has sent this 16 instead of my original 15 but backlight bleed still continues.

Take it to the apple store and get it replaced. I seem to be lucky enough to have avoided most of the issues people are having.

If you have gone through 7 devices then I would say at some point you have to start looking inward to see if owning a device like this at this cost is the right thing for you. 7 devices is ridiculous and you may never be happy with any of them moving forward.

Gotta agree with this. I can't conceive going through so many devices trying to get one that is "perfect." It's a futile exercise and pretty wasteful as well.

You’ve exchanged 7 computers because of backlight bleed?

i have bought my first device as 15 inchmbp in july 2019. it had a speaker problem and changed. the other 5 15 inch devices had dead pixel or backlight bleed problem, so they had been changed. Finally apple anounced 16 inch model and so apple sent me this model as 7th device and now it has backlight bleeding too.

Even Jony Ive hasn’t been exchanged that many times.

He has a chance to change his device in seconds, we do not have
