MacBook Pro 16 M1 Pro loose/flabby/unfastened/ keyboard button

Dear friends, i have ordered MacBook Pro 16 and 2 buttons of keyboard is weird while pushing on them. They make me feel like loose/flabby/unfastened. They also have weird sound when push.

Has anyone noticed sth like this about some of the keyboard keys.

No but I recommend visiting an Apple Store or AASP. They can probably fix it right up with a new keycap and scissors. It's unfortunate that this happened, but with the long lead times, repair is likely the way to go (and super easy, probably).

Take it to Apple and have it diagnosed. If there is an issue it'll be fixed under warranty.
