I just sent my Macbook Pro 2Ghz 1GB ram for service, because it was acting up. Today i finally got it back, and guess what? The same god damn problem!!
The report says that they got the Kernel Panic screen, and that they ordered a new Logic Board. They "stress tested" it, and turned it on and off multiple times to check it.
When i turned on my computer for the first time, it worked fine. And then after about 30 minutes, i tried to change a song in iTunes. The music stuttered, and then it completely shut down. It automatically turned itself back on without any Pop-up with "crash-logs" or anything. And then Firefox started "unexpectedly quitting" and then finally, the infamous Kernel screen of doom. So i filmed the date on my TV, and then i filmed the Kernel screen on my macbook for evidence.
Sadly i have to go back one more time with my beloved macbook.. Any ideas of what i should do? Complain about it? Ask them to just replace it? Anything?
