Hey guys,
I have a 2010 MBP Core i5 and have XP installed under bootcamp. I use this for games and have been playing C&C 3 on it but have been having issues.
With no patches it would refuses to start the games, no biggie. Patch and it works.
Next day: try to play, click on game icon and.. BSOD.
Retry after restarting, Same result.
Uninstall game and update drivers for 330m. The driver update fails saying that the hardware wasn't found. Re-install game anyway and try. BSOD again before and after patch.
Can anyone help?
Matt

Try reinstalling XP, it is possible it did not install properly. Also make sure XP is fully updated before you start gaming. I would also recommend updating your graphics card through the nvidia website rather than using the bootcamp drivers. You need to install those, but go the next step and get the real drivers from the website.

i was having trouble running games under xp as well. i eventually gave up and upgraded to windows 7 64-bit, and my games ran flawlessly. ;)

Mine crashed a few times. Got a new logic board so we'll see if that helps.
