MacBook Pro 2014 Screen comprability with MacBook 2013-2015

Hello, I m fairly new to the Mac world and I bought a used mid 2014 MacBook Pro. The screen rubber gasket is deteriorating so I was thinking of replacing the whole screen- lid assembly from another MacBook. Which years of other MacBook Pro laptops would also work with my MacBook Pro 2014? Can anyone recommend other sources where I can buy good used screens which won't have delamitation or sctratches? Thank You
