So I went to the apple store to pick up a 'MacBook', but was convinced not to by an apple store employee who claimed that the MacBook Pro also is a fanless computer model? Could it be that she was wrong, I've done some searching and I think it has a single fan in the back.

Also has anyone noticed the keyboard has less travel on the right side? Maybe I did something to the enclosure while putting a case on, or maybe thats just always how it was, can't tell.

These are but little foibles, I do love this absolutely beautiful computer. Its just alarming to me that a Mac store employee could get something like that wrong. I don't think she was trying to upsell me or anything. It just seemed like they didn't think the MacBook was suitable for most users.

Thanks guys, let me know what you think.

Peace,
Evan

The MacBook is passively cooled - no mechanical fan.
The MacBook Pro has either one or two fans, depending on the model.
13-inch MBPros have one fan, except the touch-bar 13-inch, which has two fans.
All 15-inch have two fans.
