MacBook Pro 2017 crash on sleep mode

Few weeks ago my MacBook Pro 2017 has started to crash each time it should have enter sleep mode: after 1 minute of inactivity, the screen turns off and few seconds later the computer starts up with this message on black screen: "Your computer restarted because of a problem". When I login, I have a pop up that tells it again, and supplies error details (added below).
When starting the computer on safe boot, the sleeping mode works well, without crashing.

I already tried:

1. Run Apple Diagnostics (no issues found)
2. Erase my HD
3. Reinstalll Mac OS Big Sur

The error I've added here is on clean Big Sur, without any other software installed.
Any idea what could cause such an issue? What else can I try?
