I just bought a 2017 MacBook Pro with touchbar and it is the slowest thing i have ever had. It takes about 30 seconds for every page to load. The App Store takes about 2 minutes to load and my 2014 MacBook Air is right beside it flawlessly doing every task. I need help on what to do.

Try a safe boot (reboot and hold shift key down).
After you get "back into the finder", are things still slow?

I bought it with 3 battery cycles. I got it for 1300. Mint condition. I did the safe boot. Its a little faster.

It's gotten back to being really slow. It's starting to get frustrating. I've done numerous things including reinstalling Mac OS high Sierra 10.13.4

It sounds like you have an app "running wild" and using up too much CPU.
Or perhaps it's a background process out of control.

What apps do you normally run?
