Today I was taking off the skin from the keyboard keys, and I accidentally broke the ▶️ right arrow key holder and nib key of the left arrow. I want to ask where can I buy keycaps and nibs. Where ever I’ve looked the keys are so expensive. I only need the right keycap and the left arrow key nib. Also, can someone link me a tutorial on how can I install them on my MacBook Pro 13” 2020 4 thunderbolts 2.0 ghz.
Thanks

I see what you mean...
This site has the keycaps you want, and likely the other pieces.
It seems they charge US$15 for each key cap.
That's less expensive than using an AppleCare + incident (where Apple would simply replace the top case and keyboard, and assuming that you purchased AppleCare + )
And, that site provides a link on the order page for an installation video.

IMHO, that looks like a good deal. -- You may not agree with that, but then, also my own opinion, I don't recommend those keyboard skins, either.

I got one of the keycaps from eBay however I cannot find any video or website to help me with The installation process.

I looked at the video on the site that I linked to. They claim to have keycap install videos, and they have quite a few for a lot of different laptops, not just Apple's. But, the video appears to be on an older retina MBPro. I don't know if that video will help you or not. The most likely one is next to last of the list of avaiable vids. Give it a look... again, the link for the various videos are on this page.
