Opened my 2021 MacBook Pro M1 16 inch screen was cracked took it in yesterday $879 but he’s trying to send it in on warranty first if refused it will be $879. I didn’t hit the screen my dumb a$$ didn’t get apple care

Screens don't randomly crack. You probably did some weird thing with it.

I can’t think of anything that I could of done seriously they peeled the skin off the back no dents idk

Screens don't crack on their own. Any unindented force (push/pulling) can also break a screen; not just a hit.
