Macbook pro 5.4 - Try to install Catalina - ok the first time - fail the second one... Help

I sucessefully install the Dude1 patch of Catalina!
But, I earse it because my partition was too small.
I try to do it again and it's not working.
Is there something to do to unistall it except erase the partition ? I have still the writting for APFS before launching...

The USB intaller is not even recognised with the option key.
And now, I can not erase the APFS volume i create for this.
Recuperation 10.11 is not working anymore.

Help (at lease to put my computer is in original state...)
