Yes. I have much faster charging than the 18W. I think I read in an article on one of the tech blogs that the new iPads can charge at up to 45W.
No, the 2018 iPad Pro maxes out at 32W charging. This assumes you have the new 61W adapter. If you have the old 61W adapter without 15V, it maxes out at 26W.
