Is there any place to get a MDP to MDP cable to do this? I would rather not have to buy two MDP to DVI cables and then a DVI cable as well. I've looked on the Apple store and cannot find this.

In a clever touch, the 27-inch iMac has a new feature that dramatically increases its versatility. Via a series of adapters Apple says will be available shortly, users will be able to attach external display sources, such a DVD players or even other computers, to the iMac’s display. At that point, those sources will take over the iMac’s display, effectively turning it into an external monitor or an HDTV.

Real question is... What happens to the imac's functionality once your accessory takes over the screen...?

Edit: Keep in mind that the computer is not shipping till November so don't expect accessories to be showing up till that happens.

Finally found the cable and it ships in 24 hours. A month before I'll have the iMac, haha. Ill post when it comes on the function.
