MP All Models Macbook pro and Instagram

I have a MacBook Pro and currently using Instagram to try and watch live streamed volleyball games from my local high school.
My problem is the picture received from the feed is vertical and not horizontal on my computer screen. Does anyone have suggestions how I can correct this problem?

Turn your MacBook on it’s side. Or tell the person recording to record horizontally.
