The macbook pro can last a long time I am guessing? I am expecting more than four years since the franchise is so expensive. It is quality not quantity when regarding apple products right

It all depends on how well you care for it. I have a 5 ½ yr old MBP that's still going strong, and many have older Macs that are still running great.
