Macbook pro battery, is this normal?

I bought this macbook pro 2013 2nd hand and after a while i noticed that the battery performance decreased quite fast, so i wonder if this is normal and otherwise how much does it cost to replace the battery?

Cost to replace the battery is dependant on which country you're in and should be done by Apple, third party batteries are notoriously shoddy.

Since you didn't mention typical usage and the amount of time your battery actually lasts (not the estimate by the computer, but the actual, true time), your question is next to impossible to answer.

With that said, battery health should not be this low with that little cycling.

it last max 2h with like normal usage browsing and so on, but if i start some more performance taking program it can go down to around 40 min

Is the unit warm when on battery? Try posting an image of Activity Monitor with the Energy tab selected after you've used the device on battery for an hour or so.

The battery capacity seems to be kind of normal to me. My 15" is a year old now with 11 cycles, capacity is at 96.4.

I'd guess its a crap 3rd party battery, no way is that capacity decline normal, it'd be useless in a month.

That isn't normal - Apple suggests that there should be 80% of the original battery capacity after 1000 cycles, but you've got 65% after a third of that time. Definitely replace the battery if you can afford to; prices vary by country but it should be on Apple's website.

Not without taking it apart I don't think and it could be a good fake with correct labelling etc. However huge and immediate capacity decline is a hallmark of the crap non-Apple batteries out there...

I would get it replaced when you can. It's not terrible and as mentioned by another you don't want a 3rd party battery. If they fail and swell up they'll more likely cause physical damage as it's pretty much restricted in there.
