Hey all..
I've had my 15 INCH mbp since may of 07 and ive noticed that on iStat, my battery health is at or around 71% with 152 cycles, is there any way i can get the battery health at its maximum capacity or higher then 85% and is this normal for my MBP battery to be at 71% after less then 1 year of regular use ? should i call apple and ask for a replacement battery ? thanks in advance for the help/suggestions.

You should have taken it back sooner. I got to 70% at 30 odd cycles and had it replaced. Now the new battery is down already down to 90% after 30 cycles, so it looks as if there is something about my MBP, which is killing batteries prematurely.

Rule of thumb I think I saw on here once is that your battery should wind down slowly to about 80% by about 300 cycles.
