Any help would be appreciated.

I turned on my 17" C2D MBP a few minutes ago and the display has gone completely crazy. All of the colors are wrong I can't even read the names of the files. Not only that but logos like the powerpoint logo that was a single color are now banded with multiple colors. Also if I go into dashboard all the colors start flashing in a psychedelic pattern. I'm guessing the graphics card is fried but I've only had this notebook for a month and I desperately need it functioning now. If anyone has any idea I would appreciate the input.
 
The first thing you could try is backing up your data and going to the Apple store and asking for a replacement, if they tell you to send it in to get repaired then if you have access to a projector or external display, see if that works and you could use the projector or display works and fits your needs until you can send it to Apple.
 
I do have an external display but I'm out of town right now and will not be back for a few days. I have a presentation on friday but I could probubly borrow a friends computer and move the presentation over with a flash drive. I just wish there was another way, up until this point the notebook has worked wonderfully.
