any one got a link or care to answer my stupid question?

I'm curious too. I ordered custom 15" MBP with 200GB. It come in faulty. Can't install certain program.

I doubt they do any software test.

The most significant prblek with the Santa rosa MacBook pros seems to be the screen being tinted. Although there are calibration utilities that you can use to get the screen to look good. Most MacBook pros are great, its just the people with problems are most likely to post.

I would mainly just inspect the screen for the tint and dead pixels.

After that, just use your MBP like normal and if something seems odd, get back on this forum and see if it really is odd. The more you inspect, the more you'll doubt your MBP.
