Grim. I'd avoid.

Not sure if it was just the picture 'sd', but the LCD looks like it might have problems. Also that model had massive issues with the nVidia graphics failing.

I wouldn't.

Camera is just picking up refresh rate of the screen.

Common on laptops and pc monitors seen it myself loads, so dont worry about screen much.
Took bit of hit to the corner.

I'd be wary myself.
Just bought a 13" pro for £160, is 2009 model.

But it does work.
so if it does what you want and you know about the potential gfx issue then do it if your happy.

I did with my 17" pro, although now decided to sell it.

How bad is the Nvidia Graphics card problem, do you think that if the GPU was bad on this Macbook then it would have already succumb to the "flicker" that plagues these machines.

Why is he only showing image of boot up? Two photos were taken during boot up at different time different angle. Seems fishy to me. Normal people would take photos of desktop.

I bought the exact same model when it first came out, and around a year later I had to replace the optical drive. It then worked fine for a while but then I had to send it back to Apple (all the way from Egypt to the USA) in order to replace the nVidia Graphics Card which is a known issue with that model (as mentioned above). I wouldn't risk it, especially since it looks like it fell roughly and there could be damage inside.

A few red flags:

1. Only shows pictures of boot-up screen. No evidence it actually boots.
2. Dent is so big that the bottom case is coming off and case is bent inwards. This was a big drop onto something hard, so I wouldn't be suprised if some internals are damaged.
3. Too much $ for such an old computer with such obvious defects
