Macbook Pro Delays

Well for all of you waiting on your 15" Macbook Pro's you will have to continue waiting. Rumors confirm that the delay is caused by the new screens manufacturer not being able to keep up with the orders being placed at Apple.

Also the rush on the New 15" as they dropped in price and now come with 2Gb standard memory.

Apple's backlog is still processing orders from May 2007 it is now the end of August 2007.

Hope your not counting on getting yours soon!

May 2007? I ordered mine on Aug 9 and though it took a while, it shipped on Aug 25th. It's an agonizing wait with the shipping and receiving backlog at my University, but I should receive it by tomorrow.......

How can there be a backlog going back to May 2007 if the LED screen models were only released in June? I ordered mine June 6th and recievd it 6 weeks later.

And you know all of this how exactly? I doubt they are still filling notebook orders from May since plenty of people have placed orders and received them in 3-4 weeks time.
