MacBook Pro Display auto brightness

Got a 16 in m3 MacBook Pro. In low light the auto brightness seems very low. Anyone else experience this? When I was in full light the screen was very bright but at night seems like the auto brightness is putting it too low. Anyone else?

I noticed the same thing with my 14" M3 Pro. I manually adjusted the brightness.

once you manually change the brightness in my experience it never works the same.
