Hello!
I have a 2018, 13-inch, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports MacBook Pro. Its dislpay started to have purple and blue stripes a few months ago, and now the display remains black when I open it. It has some backlight and with an external display it works normal. I've read many articles about 2016 MacBooks having the problem similar than this and they needed to replace the complete display, but I've also read that there was some changes in the 2018 MacBooks. Is there any chance that my Mac needs only a cable replacement (or some less expensive repair )? Thanks!
