Yesterday, I found a feature in the new macbook pros (I don't know about the other macbooks, I have seen it only in mine). While I was showing the accessibility of the battery and the hard disc at the bottom of the laptop, to a friend, I removed the battery while it was on. Just after, when I pressed the on/off button, I seen a screenshot of what the screen was like, before I remove the battery and a loading bar at the bottom of the screen. After the loading was over, everything was as before (safari page open, a textedit file I was working on (I didn't save it) and a finder window). I don't know if this feature already existed, but I have surely never seen it before..
