Hi so the backlights for my keyboard initially work when I turn on the computer, however as soon as I log in they turn off and I cannot get them back on. I’ve tried resetting the SMC and PRAM and I’ve tried turning off adjusting to the brightness, but nothing has worked has worked. Has anyone else had this issue or knows why this is happening?

Excuse me if this is obvious but worth asking I think: are you sure you've got the brightness turned up on them?
There are two 'buttons' with a semi-circle of dots on it on the touchbar the small one turns brightness down and the big one up.
Or if you have F keys then F6 makes them brighter and F5 dimmer
They must work if they come on when you start up.

Yes, sorry I did not say this but I did try that first thing.
