Hello!
I have a Macbook Pro Late 2011 13".
I have two external monitors (both are Sanyo TVs).
I have one Thunderbolt.
I purchased a Mini DisplayPort to Dual HDMI Adapter. The adapter is connected to the mini port and to a USB port. Each of the monitors are connected independently to the adapter (two ports).
I clicked on Display and Detect Displays but it still only shows two displays, not three. I have rebooted, I have unplugged each HDMI cable and reconnected them, I have disconnected and reconnected the adapter.
The laptop works independently from the two monitors; however, the two monitors do not work independently, they mirror each other. I would like to have them all work independently or at least one of the external monitors, if need be, can mirror the laptop. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
