macbook pro late 2013 for music production??

I have the chance to buy a MacBook Pro retina 15,4", late 2013, with 256gb SSd, intel core i7 2ghz, 16gb ram for 1150 Eur. Is this a good deal!!!????!! How long will it last? It´ll be used for music production. Thanx!

Can't say about the price but the computer is fine for Logic, Garageband, plugins etc. On the other hand, for same price you can buy new Air.

Do you need portability?
I'd take that money and buy a 2018 Mac Mini, then combine it with a 27" display (for long timelines).
