I have mbp late 2013 and i made two partition and two different OS. Then after for a while if i am not wrong, i remember that pcie link width x4 and 8Gt/s... But in fact i am not sure.. It s original stock ssd.

Controller is SM0512F looking 5GT/s and x2 line.

So Is anybody knows link width on this model macbook?

You may want to look at faster and high capacity drives
The Aura Pro X2 are NVMe type but use the PCIe 3.1 standard but x4 link, while you screen shot shows only x2 link speed, which accounts for some of the speed shortcoming. The NVMe type SSDs have less latency than the old type.

If you decide to upgrade the SSD, I do not recommend the OWC drives because they are so expensive. You are better off getting a NVMe adapter and NVMe drive. This allows you to easily re-purpose the drive in another Mac or PC.

Are you asking if the model 2013 MacBook Pro support Link Width: x4 pcle AHCI ssd ?
I think it should, I have test Link Width: x4 pcle AHCI ssd on 2014 MacBook Pro and I get twice reading and writing speed
