How can I tell if my MBP has thunderbolt 3 or 4?

By checking the specifications provided by Apple:

EDIT: As of now, there are no 13" MacBooks (Pro/Air) with Thunderbolt 4.
The first MacBooks to feature Thunderbolt 4 were the 2021 14" and 16" MacBook Pros (starting with M1 Pro).
