I am using iPad Pro 11” (M1) and the display is very comfortable for eyes. Does anyone know, whether the same display is also used in MacBook Pro M1 13” (2020)? Does it have promotion 120hz display as well?

I would say they are similar in displaying the image, except that 13" MBP is only at 60Hz with no ProMotion, but for macOS it is less important than on the iPad where to touch the interface directly or draw on it.

On the other hand, the M1 12.9" with miniLED is a direct counterpart to the 14" 16" MBP screens, they all are miniLED backlit, 120Hz ProMotion enabled., side by side look very similar.

Thanks! Just aware that 13” MBP has the same display as MBA. I now have MBA 2019 and my eyes are just uncomfortable looking at its screen for 1-2 hours. So, perhaps I should go to 14”.
