I have an issue with the Dual monitor setup on my Macbook Pro M1 Max and can't find where the problem is, maybe some of you faced similar issues:

For a while, I've been using Benq3415R as the main screen but also had on a side EX3203R which I've been using with Windows machine, but I decided to use both with MacOS for a better experience.

My 3415R is connected via USB-C to Display Port and works fine with 144Hz, when I connect EX3203R via USB-C to USB-C cable when Mac is running everything works fine, but when I put it in sleep mode or switch it off and turn it on it doesn't work, many times even first main one 3415R doesn't turn on. When I disconnect EX3203R my main one is turning on. When MacOS is running I need to disconnect the EX3203R cable and put it in again for my second screen EX3203R to be connected.

I don't want to do that all of the time as it is a time-consuming and bad experience. I just need them both to start simultaneously when I'm waking my Macbook. Does anyone had a similar issue and can help?

I know that M1 Max can work with even up to three screens 6k so there shouldn't be a problem.
Is there an issue related to me using USB-C to Display Port for 3415R and USB-C to USB-C to connect EX3203R? This shouldn't be a problem as EX3203R supports USB-C with Video support because I've been using it with Intel MacBook without any issues.

This is a cable USB-C to USB-C I used for EX3203R: https://amzn.eu/d/5huN0mM [2m version - non-affiliate link]

Besides that, my MacOS is up to date.

Appreciate any help, and advice as so far pulling hairs off my head :D

This is a problem with multiple monitors in general, I often have to completely poweroff the monitor and turn it on before it registers. You can try different cables but I haven't found an adequate solution. It's making me want to purchase two apple studio monitors but I need the dual monitors also for my work PC.
