Hi,

I bought a new MacBook Pro M1 and it shows a lot of spinning wheel, and all became unresponsive, even if I try force quit keyboard sequence.

Any other with same situations?

When you press the Touch ID key at the upper right corner and hold it, it doesn't shut down and restart?

I forgot to mention that after about 20" the spinning wheel ends and all return to be responsive: this situation happens a lot of times during use of Mac

Sorry.. it do not restart, all is freezed

Hold down the power button until it restarts. Then power it off.

Keep it powered off for a FULL 30 seconds - no shorter.

Now press and HOLD the power button until the startup menu appears. Select Safe mode & log in (may need to do this twice).

Let it run for a while, and also check your login items and possibly remove anything from auto starting.

Select restart and then try again.
