Hi guys using a MacBook Pro m3 max I believe it came with 14.1.1 was working great but ever since updating I notice my mouse is randomly stuttering when pair with the LG c3 tv. tried to downgrade by making a usb bootable but version 14.1.1 and 14.1.2 seem to have issues and just keeps failing. used Mist and also tried to do it manually with terminal. With version 14.2 and up I'm able to make the bootable usb but I'm getting mouse stutters on those versions. is there any other ways I can downgrade back to 14.1.1 or somehow go back to stock with the OS that came with the laptop? Thanks!

Would it not be better to diagnose and fix the issue? Or upgrade to current macOS 14.3.1?

I think you are saying that the stuttering is only when using the LG c3. What exactly do you mean by "pair" with the tv? Do you use a suitable HDMI 2.1 cable?

What mouse? Is it better if you use the Trackpad?

There are numerous threads about using LG c3 with new Macs.

The special M3 Pro/Max build of macOS 14.1 and 14.1.1 don’t work to make USB installers so you can’t use those. If you have access to another Mac you can use Apple Configurator 2 and restore the 14.1 or 14.1.1 IPSW file to the Mac and that will work, but I agree with the above post that you should try to sort out the problem with 14.3/14.3.1. There are a lot of bug and security fixes since 14.1.
