I check on local DC area availability every few days for the new M3 Max 16/40 and 14/30 models. Today, I saw that the 14" model with 64 gig and 2 TB M3 16/40 Max models were same day delivery available, as well as the 16" 14/30 models with 36 gig and 1 TB models. Probably not for long.
