MacBook Pro 2012 disabled gpu booted!

Ive finally managed to boot the broken gpu MacBook Pro 2012 by typing in single user mode

nvram fa4ce28d-b62f-4c99-9cc3-6815686e30f9:gpu-power-prefs=%01%00%00%00

That let me in recovery mode and install mountain lion as its the os that was installed on this mac at release
Next in single user mode ive created folder to move all of GeForce and NVDA files so mac couldnt see any of these at launch. It booted succesfully so ive disabled gpu through app on dosdude1 gpu disable site.

It runs fine but there is a problem. Mountain lion is too old to function will in 2023 so ive managed to install catalina but it reset all the things that ive done to disable the nvidia gpu.
It never completed catalina installation so ive went to single user mode to disable gpu like i did Before.

I went to recovery mode to disable crsutil and booted to single user mode. Now its telling me i cannot mount Disk cause its read only. I need to get into it to disable gpu.
