Hey all. I've got a friend's MBP in my care with a dead optical drive. I've done some digging and know that they need a special, slimline optical drive but also that the Matshita/Panasonic drives included with some aren't great.
So; what's the best drive to put in? Also, where would you recommend I get my friend to order one from? If you know of anywhere in the UK that'd be handy, but anywhere will do if you recommend them. Thanks!
