MacBook Pro, Raid 0 and bootcamp

I have a MacBook Pro which I'm running with 2x SSD's (One in the drive bay) in raid 0, which runs great.

I would like to install Windows on an external USB or preferably a thunderbolt SDD, has anyone done this?
