Guys, I need some genus to PLEASE explain why my Macbook Pro 2017 running the latest macOS randomly wakes from sleep. I've tried almost everything. The issue began about a week after I updated it. It wakes about every 1-minute interval after sleep. The issue with this is that my apple watch unlocks my mac every time it wakes so it gets really annoying. I also noticed it's been degrading my battery life much quicker than before. Someone, please give me some diagnosis or anything that could help me solve this. Literally, anything helps. I've tried changing all the settings in "energy saving".

first, have you rebooted?

you could try resetting the nvram, and the smc (google for your particular mac; apple has this info online).
& check the Console (in your Utilities folder); there will be info there about what's waking your mac.

does it happen if you close the lid?

also (not to be rude), but don't post anything all caps; you risk getting ignored (just mentioning)...

good luck!

Thanks, i'll try the options you gave me and see if they work. Also, I'm not sure if it happens when I close the lid (as I wouldn't be able to see the screen lol), but that would make sense since my battery has been degrading much quicker recently. Is there a way that I can experiment and check if it does not?

Moving the mouse or touchpad will wake it up or even turning off the power outlet on or off will turn it on even if you don't touch your laptop.

Yes I know that lol. But I'm not doing either of those things yet it still happens to turn on anyway.
