It has been happening for quite some times and usually restarts whenever I am watching a show on dailymotion especially. It is getting frustrating as my warranty has also expired :(
Am hoping to get some help here!

By just looking at this single report I would expect a problem with webkit: BSD process name corresponding to current thread: com.apple.WebKit. Webkit is the rendering engine for Safari. Which makes perfect sense since this happens when u watch dailymotion. The bad news is: it's deep in the system and not easily fixed.
As per google this issue is quite common. Other people having this issue haven't found hardware problems, so I wouldn't expect that here (although it could be GPU related). Have you perhaps upgraded the OS?

To eliminate the GPU from the list: if you have any 3D games installed and the macbook runs them fine, I think we can safely assume it's working well.

In the last 30 days, I have updated the Security Update 2016-001 (March 14 2016) and Safari Version 9.03
(March 14 2016) from the app store.

And no, I do not have any 3D Games installed.

That sounds bad :\ so what should I do?

Both the security update and the Safari 9.0.3. update could have introduced that problem... :-/
It might be fixed during another patch, so you could just wait for that and try another browser in the meantime.

At first, let's try the quick fixes: do a permission repair in the disk utility. Check the drive for errors. I doubt that will fix the problem, but it's done in a few mins, so worth a try.
You can also do the hardware checks to be on the safe side: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201257

If all that doesn't help you might want to upgrade to El Capitan:
With reference to https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7495547?start=0&tstart=0

I would also consider a fresh install of El Capitan if the normal upgrade won't solve the problem.
Since Re-Install sounds like a very painfull process to most people: There's actually a very clean and still easy way to do a clean-install without the hassle of time-machine or other backup & restore tools. The only requirement is that you can borrow another Mac for a few hours with enough storage to hold your userprofile:
  1. Create a bootable USB Stick with El-Capitan using Diskmaker X
  2. Deactivate any software-licenses on the machine to allow a painless activation after installing El Capitan
  3. Transfer your user profile to the other Mac. Do this using wired network if possible. WiFi will take more time.
  4. (You might want to backup certain non-App-Store Apps to a e.g. USB-Stick)
  5. Boot the Macbook from the USB-Stick by holding the Option-key during boot.
  6. Format the old partition using the disk utility
  7. Install OSX El Capitan (create only an admin account during setup)
  8. Transfer the user-profile back from the other Mac.
  9. Install any missing Apps.
This ensures no system data is restored from a backup (which possibly would re-introduce the problem by restoring e.g. invalid config files)
