Hello Guys,

Need urgent help .... I have MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) and wanted to play cs 1.6, however my current FPS is 60. Tried all commands with no use. I see my Mac has basic graphics Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB but cs 1.6 should work fine. Please let me know if any leads if anything can be done to get 100 fps. Thank you guys.

That MBP's screen only provide 60Hz refresh rate. Pumping more FPS into that rate will cause so called screen tearing (basically, annoying image artifacts). My personal opinion is that you shouldn't try to exceed the refresh rate. Perhaps, macOS thinks the same and limits FPS.

appltech is right, that's the VSync function that syncs your frame rate to your screen refresh rate. If you want to disable it, you have to make sure the Intel driver does not force the VSync mode. Follow the instructions from Intel that correspond to your graphics driver here:

If you don't have any of the listed Intel user interfaces installed, reinstall the graphics driver from here:

After you have configured the driver, use the following commands in the cs16 console to enable 100 fps:

gl_vsync 0
fps_max 100

By "Parallel", you mean you are using Parallels to virtualize Windows? If so, you should install Windows via Bootcamp instead. It's much faster than Parallels for games. And within that Windows 10 installed via Bootcamp, you will find the options to disable VSync. Just follow my instructions from above.
