Hi guys,
At the beginning of 2017 I bought a used MacBook Pro Mid 2014 that just had several parts replaced under the AppleCare program, among those parts also the screen, so I got it with a brand new screen.
In the last months I started having problems on the corners, I did some research and I found out about the staingate.
I don't know exactly when the MBP has been purchased by the original owner, I only know that:
- It had AppleCare and the screen was already replaced (I don't know the reason)
- CoconutBattery shows as manufacture date August 2014
- On the check coverage page it says "Valid Purchase Date - A validated purchase date lets Apple quickly find your product and provide the help you need."
While Telephone Technical Support and Repairs and Service Coverage are expired.
Do you think I'm still in time to get a new screen for free?
Thanks!
