anyone knows the model number for MBP Retina 13" 2013 & 2014 ? or the latest model ? and also do you mind suggesting me which model or type or RAM and SSD that people can buy and recommend to buy if they want to manual upgrade to their MBP Retina 13" latest model ?

so you mean it's almost impossible to do this by your self for retina model ?
Literally impossible, in the case of the RAM (which is soldered in). The SSDs, both SATA and PCIe, are proprietary parts not replaceable with off-the-shelf models (there are aftermarket versions for the SATA/2012 models but they're steeply priced). You should consider the configuration as ordered to be final.
