I bought a Macbook Pro on 10/30/2007 with 160gb Hard drive @ 7200 and then 2 days later Apple (Steve) drops the bomb with 200gb HD @ 7200 for the same price. I do not care for the speed bump .20 for $250. I bought this from an Apple Store and I know Apple has 14 day return policy. Can I just walk in and return/exchange the MBP to the store even if it does not have a major problem.
I do have some minor issue like the cursor and trackpad stops responding quite frequently. Other than that my 17" MBP lid does seem little uneven this is noticeable only when the lip is shut and the left side of the screen seems raised than the right side.
Please let me know what my options are or anyone of you had this happen to you and got an exchange.
