MacBook pro ripped capacitor how to fix it ?

Hi giys, I have a problem I notice I have problem with my MacBook pro a1989 which won't boot I see there is missing one capacitor I assuming that might be an issue somobody could please help me how to recober this? Thx

Probably "time for a new motherboard".
May not be cheap.

Might be time to start looking for a replacement.
