my MacBook Pro (2011) suddenly began flashing red, green and blue when I try to start it up. Sometimes the screen is just flickering instead like there is some malfunction. I have tried different ways of starting it up, but it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. The computer itself seems to be working just fine. I’m currently in exchange in Costa Rica and I left my computer in a closet over the weekend - could it have something to do with a very humid climate or is there another reason?

Maria, is this a 15" or a 13" Macbook? Of its the former, it might well be the famous graphics processor problem.

Hi Magnus. It’s a 13” MacBook Pro. Do you know of any problems with it or could it actually be the humidity?
