Update: I just tried the distilled water and the microfiber cloth, but it isn't helping. I attached pictures of what it looks like now. Does it look like water?

Hello! I just purchased a 2021 Macbook Pro 13.3" on Facebook Marketplace. Everything looked okay when I was purchasing it, but now that I am home and installing the OS, I noticed fogginess in the bottom corner of the screen. Does anyone have an idea what it might be? Thanks!

Looks like the liquid is distorted. Maybe the previous owner applied accidentally pressure on the laptop :(

That looks like it is behind the glass. More than likely, the previous owner was aware and didn't tell you.

If you have a local Apple store, have them take a look and give you an estimate.
It is behind the glass and I agree that the owner knew and didnt mention it. Based on his profile, I would've expected better, but alas...here we are. I have an appt at the Genius Bar tomorrow. I appreciate your help!

The display is liquid-damaged I'm afraid. It happens very easily on the 2016+ screens.
Nothing to be done except to replace the display assembly.
