Hi Guys,
today, I went to Apple Store to get my MacBook Pro 13 early 2015 checked out for shifted lid problem( the lid shifts to right a little bit, when closed, it's obvious to see), and they told me there are some minor issues with my screen and they will replace it for free although I could not even see any issues. so they booked me for a screen part and I have to go back to drop off my laptop for repair.
after I got home, some concerns come up, first of all, if I let them replace my original screen, do they use refurbished part? or brand new part. secondly, I have been checking the manufacture date on my MacBook and so far I can only find
Manufacturer: 00000610
Model: 0000A029
Manufacture date: CECC0A00
this gives me the manufacturer as Samsung, but what about date? can anyone interpret date for me?
overall, should I proceed to let them replace my screen?
many thanks
