I hope that I am correct here. I have a 2014 mbp 13 inch. i recently bought the sintech adapter:

with an nvme ssd:

I installed Mojave and everything worked pretty good until I decided to install windows 10 trough bootcamp.
Every time that i get to the select installation/destination disk. No hard disk or anything is listed.
