MacBook Pro Slowing Down

For some reason, my MacBook Pro (15 in.) has been slowing down,
especially when I am going online. Is this a problem with
Roadrunner, or something else? Too much information
in computer???

Open Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder and when your computer slows down, check All Processes i this app to see if anything is using a lot of your resources or is hanging (written in red). Do you have more than 8GB of free space on your hard drive?
