Macbook Pro Touchbar No Light

I have a Macbook Pro 15" 2019 (A1909) and the touch bar does not light up. It flickers for a second when I log in, but after that its completely dark. I can still use touch id and the other buttons on the touch bar (volume, brightness, etc...), but the touch bar is completely dark. I took it to the Apple store where the reset the memory and other stuff and they also did a factory reset, but no fix. I also tried to install an older version on macOS but no difference. Apple quoted $700 to repair. Anyone know if I can fix this for cheaper?
